Spec : This quiver is 1.26m long and has a capacity of six made up rods. It has a large central compartment for an umbrella and two pockets for bank sticks and one for accessories. The detachable shoulder strap can be fixed either on the left or right hand side. Additional features are extra strong anchor points, heavy duty zips and a reinforced base.
Pros : Made from a heavy duty material and with a capacity to easily hold 6 rods (unlike some!) this holdall looks like it will last me a good many years (8 months so far). The main compartment is large enough to fit in a 60" Big Z brolly, the pockets are a nice size and velcro rod retaining straps are generously lengthy. There's a quick release strap that does a great job of holding everything in place.
Cons : The strap could be better. Although there's adequate padding, it's not stiched onto the strap itself and it tends to squirm out of the way when under pressure. This makes long walk with a fully laden quiver a little painful. I'd also like to see the accessories pocket lid to be designed a little more securely as there's a risk of equipment falling out.
Conclusion : This is incredible value in comparison with the other 6 rods quivers I'd looked at. I'd like to see an improvement in the strap design but for most of my fishing it's not an issue.
