I've been fishing since the age of 5 but really got into Carp fishing at Cusworth Hall at the age of 12. After catching loads I soon looked for pasture new.
After fishing various day ticket waters I settled on targetting the resident of Tyram Hall syndicate lake. Only one or two fish still evade capture.
Although I am still targetting a rare Northern 30lb Common, I have spent much of the last two seasons fishing for Barbel.
In future I aim to catch a very rare Yorkshire 40lb Carp, bigger Barbel, Chub and or less fashionable species.
